Signed under New Town Record label, Debra’s Happy is a blend of Afrobeats, pop and soul. The Lagos-born artiste is inspired by global music icons Brandy and Toni Braxton, and has steadily carved a place for herself with songs that reflect themes of hope, resilience, love and celebration.
With over 13 tracks to her credit, the singer has shown consistency and versatility through songs such as Enjoyment, Tell Me, No Limit, Higher, Story Time, Oga Adviser, Adura, Bad Man, Hold On, Owo and Falling, among others.
Further underlining her growing profile, Debra has also collaborated with notable Nigerian acts including Terry Apala and Magnito. Now, Happy has reinforced her rising status as one of the promising female voices in Nigeria’s contemporary Afrobeats scene.
