Talented musical group, Big Beats All Stars comprising Sosi Saheed Sabih (Sosi), Quadri Rasheed (Tyrod) and Olarewaju Olamilekan (Lil Lexzy), is ready to conquer the Nigerian music scene with its new sounds, a blend of hip-hop and African flavour.
The chairman of Big Beats Records, Abimbola Hakeem, under whose label the artistes operate, has expressed confidence in their potential, describing the trio as the future of Nigerian music.
“At Big Beats Records, we are confident of the talent imbued in Sosi, Tyrod and Lil Lexzy because we went through a process before identifying their skills and potentials. These three young men are the future of Nigerian music and we are not in a rush to share their talent with the music world. They are currently in Big Beats Records Academy where they are going through a refining process and learning the tricks of the music industry, while also creating new sounds that will compliment and dominate the scene,” he said.
The guys are, however, teaming up as Big Beats All Stars, to bring out a joint effort for the label. After the release of their collaboration songs, they will then drop their individual tracks.
Big Beats Records’ CEO, Kunle Rashid, has also expressed delight and confidence in the artistes. “One thing that will standout these rare talents will be their distinctive style, which is different from what we have at the moment,” he enthused.
