Temitope Arowoshafe has always been driven by a desire to share his creativity with the world. Now, he’s doing exactly that through fashion designing.
Arowoshafe shared insights into his creative process, career milestones and challenges he has faced along the way. According to him, “As a designer, I’ve always been driven by a desire to share my creativity with the world. Building a strong brand and mentoring students has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a great feeling to be recognised as a leader in the fashion industry.”
Influenced by prominent designers like Tee Clothier and Yomi Casual, Arowoshafe who founded Tsamzz-Apparel, a fashion outfit based in Ogun State, has developed a distinctive style that resonates with a diverse clientele.
While acknowledging the challenges of dealing with clients and occasional power outages, he said that these obstacles have only strengthened his determination to succeed.
“I focused on staying open to feedback and persevering through difficulties. This mindset has been crucial to my success,” he remarked.
Tsamzz-Apparel was established in 2013 and has become a platform for aspiring designers. Recently, it launched training programmes for college and secondary school students, providing them with valuable insights into the world of fashion and helping to build the next generation of talent.
“My goal is to empower people to express themselves through their style. Every piece I create is a reflection of my passion and dedication to the craft. By providing training and mentorship, we can inspire the next generation of designers,” he said.
